The information that we use is for the purpose of fulfilling your requests. Information that you provide us will be held on Ken J Reddy's database and used to contact you via e-mail, about products and services, which may be of interest to you.
By submitting your e-mail with us you agree to the use and disclosure of information by Ken J Reddy as described. A copy of your personal information held by Ken J Reddy Design can be provided on request. You have the right to have any inaccurate personal information rectified or erased.

Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or competitions. Participation in these surveys or competitions is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as age range). We communicate with customers in relation to their current Quotes. This communication may be by e-mail, conventional post, telephone, fax or other suitable medium. This communication is essential to our service in providing you with your requests and must therefore take place regardless of the customer's consent to other communication.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
In the event of a change to personally identifiable information (such as postal address), our staff can make such a change on a user's behalf, subject to identity checks.
